I printed the sheet onto Crafty Bobs lovely photo paper and cut out the elements. Mounted the main image onto an A5 card and then folded the bookmark pocket as shown on the sheet and added it to its position on the card front.
I have backed the book mark with thin card to give a little more 'body'
