I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I assembled the book sheet and decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached Vellum Anniversary Gold backing paper, cUp 7567 to the card using double sided tape.

I attached the design to the card with thin foam pads.
