I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card landscape. I assembled the pyramid and the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the base design to the card using double sided tape.

I added the page to the book using thin foam tape. I attached the butterfly using silicone glue.
