New ConceptCompleted by Eunice Roberts

I cut this out this card and made the openings. I cot a piece of paper for the inside of the card which was dark blue with snow on it and a snowman.

I placed this on some card stock so that the opening of the new concept card would show the snowman.

I then cut out the decoupage and assembled it. I love this card what a wonderful idea you can do so much with it.
