I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card landscape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the base design to the card using double sided tape.

I added the book pages using thin foam tape. I shaped the pages first to give the effect of a real book. A beautiful card for Christmas.
