Angels of LoveCompleted by Lynda Bowler

When I saw this booksheet, I thought of "Silent Night",so I made my own digital collage backing sheet on this theme. I printed this, and the booksheet onto shimmering card. I mounted the backing sheet onto dark blue cardstock, then created the 3d book (I made a second copy of the top pages and cut appertures for the images to show through) and fixed it to the upper half.I edged the circular appertures with gold glitter, and the edge of the book with blue glitter. I added a shimmering ribbon bow and made a Bethlehem Star from gold-coloured wire which I attached to the bow.The lower half of the card shows some of the collage, which is based on the sheet music of Silent Night, with complementary images blended.

I really enjoyed making this card, and am inspired to more!
