I printed the sheet onto good quality photo paper,attached some cream ribbon to the base layer and matted it onto some cream and gold foiled card,shaping the book leaves to give extra dimension.I then mounted it onto a cream card blank and trimmed the edges with some gold peel-off borders.Finally i built up the decoupage elements using silicone glue and added a bow to finish.Such a gorgeous design!
