Bingo Girls Book Style Topper 1Completed by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card landscape. I attached the ribbon using thin foam tape. A lovely card and so quick and easy to make.
