Printed onto glossy photo paper. Scored and folded one edge of card about 1cm from the edge. Attached base images using ds tape and joined images together at folded edge using ds tape. Built up image with 1mm foam pads. Added paper roses to folded edge.

As this was for a very special lady who was celebrating her 84 year but was born on leap day, thus having her 2nd 21st birthday, added happy 21st birthday peel off.
