Dad Elegant Metallic Book SheetCompleted by Sarah Coulson

I printed out onto white card, and cut out the pages and the greeting. I then punched holes in the pages and tied with ribbon and secured at the back with double sided tape.

I then added the sentiment using 2mm foam pads.

A very simple and effective card to make!
