OccasionPrinted sheet on good quality photo paper and cut out all the elements. Made an A5 white card and covered the front with dark green pearl card. Stuck lace edging to the "th" page with double sided tape, top and bottom.
Lined up the 3 sheets and secured with 3 green brads. Then attached this to the green card with double sided tape. Decorated with little peel off flowers on the numbers and th. Put the sentiment on with foam pads, using other two sentiments inside. Added Green flower with pearls above happy birthday.
Added green/gold peel offs to corners and under sentiment, and just a few more small ones to the front of the card.
