I printed the sheet out four times on glossy photo paper. I cut different size ovals out the remaining three sheets and used foam pads to decoupage them. I added a white & gold border to complete this wonderful design.
Mixed media on 81/2 x 11 stretched canvas. I used one of the watercolor backgrounds sold by Pamela West. Additional embellishments die cut and embossed edging. The paper rose sits on top of a machine embroidered flower stitched on Tulle. The watercolor is framed with 2 ribbons.
The background is given texture with dimensional paste. The 2 erflys came from Square Scallop Pocket Pastel Roses 2 Mini Kit All Occasions by Janet Briggs
