Made this one into a 6x6 card. Attached the backing sheet to a dark red card, then attached both layers with silicone glue. The topper is a Lili of the Valley stamp coloured with Promarkers.
Then attached with 1mm foam pads after adding red ribbon through the centre of the card. Cream candi and pearls were added and sentiments.
