Congratulations A4 Certificate for All Those Occasions That Deserve More Than Just a Pat on the ShoulderCompleted by Lorraine Reed

This is a great image for all occasions, serious and humorous. I made this one for a serious occasion and printed two copies in A5 size. the first copy I placed onto an A5 cream card using double sided tape.

The second one I overprinted with the personalisation on the scrolls. I then cut and layered the scrolled top and bottom of the 2nd image using silicone. I finished using a photograph of the person receiving the card.
