Twinkling Fairy Dust A4 Backing Paper in RedCompleted by Katie Silver

I covered a 12.5cm.sq. card with the paper and printed out cup338496_10 Red Magnolia - On Your Engagement half size.

I made up the decoupage and added it centrally onto the covered card. I completed the card with gold bendy peel offs around the scallops and some gold corners.
