I used a 5x7 card base and added a layer of blue card. I printed the background page onto silk copy paper and cut it down to fit on the blue card. I added a surfing topper from CUP1290101_57683 which I cut out with a circle die and inked the edges. I die cut a sentiment and attached it to the card using silicone tape to raise it a little. I added some stars.

This background is great for a variety of uses.
