Printed out backing sheet and 12826_65 onto white card and cut out the three squares and sentiment tags. I then cut a piece of backing paper slightly smaller than the main card and attached with d/s tape. I added the three squares and sentiment tags with foam pads.

Finally I added some white ribbon tied in a bow around the top of the card to finish.
