Raindrop Hearts in Blue Backing PaperCompleted by Katie Silver

Chose this delicate paper as a perfect background for this sweet topper (cup20042 Little Baby Boy). I just covered a white 13.5cm.sq.card with it leaving a narrow border and added the topper and a silver greeting which were both backed with a toning blue paper.
