Printed out design and cut a piece to cover the base of an easel card. This was mounted onto black card with DST, trimmed to leave a narrow border and secured to base of card with DST.
The topper from cup98655_489 was secured to the front of the card with DST and a 'Love Always' sentiment was secured with foam pads to act as 'a stopper'.
