Here is a friend card made from a background sheet. I used this pattern for the inside inserts also. I used plain white paper and printed out the pattern made to fit 2 to a letter sized paper.

I printed out a vellum look in a larger sized flower to add to this card. And probably a man would enjoy receiving this card that a plaid background also.
