Printed out onto white card and cut a piece to fit a white 8 & 8 scallop edge card. I placed this onto the card using d/s tape. I then made up the matching card (cup509207_10) and attached it to the backing paper using foam pads.
I tied a matching chiffon bow and attached it to the top left corner to finish.
