Swiss Dot Paper - BlueCompleted by Katie Silver

I covered a 7x5 card with the paper and used it as a background for this topper from cup159000_698 Fairy Poses Silhouette Toppers.

I completed the card with a caption from cup15513_37 Black Greetings.
