Banner Bunting Backing

I cut out a panel of the paper and mounted it on to a card blank.I then stamped an image of some bunting 3 times on to another piece of the paper.I cut these into strips and mounted these on to a silver grey card topper.On to the stamped bunting I added a peel off greeting.I finished by adding card candi.
