Under the Sea Border Sheet 3. For a quick card, cut in half. Use the border half for the card front and the other half for the insert.

I just used a little of the patterned part along with the graphic to make the front of the card.
I added a little fish with gems for bubbles and a sentiment "Best Fishes" which I created on my computer.
My base CS matches the blue in the card sheet and all in all, makes a lovely card for a man.
