Steampunk Backing Paper

I used 2 backing papers, this one and cup309675_512. I used a border punch on each strip and attached them to a pale aqua card. Down the centre join I put a strip of brown and aqua and added some aqua pearls to this.

I then added a topper cup312138_512 and a sentiment.
