Picket Fence and Flowers Background

Isn't this just the cutest whimsical background? I love it Eva. I backed it up with a soft yellow (which I ran through my Cuttlebug with Swiss Dots), then I used a base CS of blue, but just a thin edge.
The little dog is "Patch" and is cup417930_750 - great decoupage here. I added red gems to his collar and a "Hello" in upper right corner (cut on my Cuttlebug).
I resized this to fit a C5 card front and printed directly onto heavywight cardstock, then scored and folded to make my card.
I used reduced size number and letters from cup671165_750 for the greeting,and embellished with painted wood chickens, a die cut butterfly, wobble eyes ,a heart mouth and a Happy Birthday label from my stash,plus a few dots of yellow stickles to the flower centres.
