Ladies Hats Off GroundCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto 100gsm paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I attached two red hats from design The Boutique Double Aspect Stepper Kit, cUp 166391_719 to the card using thin foam tape.

I added some glitter to each of the hats.
