This is a fab backing paper, made to match the Stacks of Wishes Christmas Card I have and the matching insert, however it could be used for any card as its not strictly Christmas.

I mounted this backing paper onto a card blank then decoupaged cup sheet 97755_613 and added this to the card.
Finished off with a greeting. This sheet makes a good background for those elegant cards.
