Used a 5x7 card, then attached the backing sheet with silicone glue after punching the corners. Added a Spellbinders die cut oval with 1mm foam pads and placed the Promarker coloured digi stamp in the centre.

Added a couple of green die cut twigs and a cream coloured bow and gold embellishments in each corner. A "Happy Birthday" gold peel-off sentiment completed the card.
