Gifts and Stars Backing Paper ~ LandscapeCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

This backing paper design was resized and printed on 160gsm paper and trimmed. I matted this on gold shimmer paper that I had cut out with pinking scissors using DST. This was then mounted on a scored and tent folded crimson A4 card using DST.

I printed brown stars with a gold edge, cup 106814_96, on decoupage paper, cut out and edged 5 of them with gold stickles glitter. I added a gold greeting and motive to the largest star then cut out a slightly larger one in crimson card, edged with gold stickles and attached to the card with DST. I layered the large star with 3mm foam pads and the smaller ones with 2mm foam. The card was completed with a padded adhesive present in matching colours. Nice bright backing paper, would also be great to cover a gift box.
