I printed the design onto quality photo paper and cut it out, then matted it onto a violet square card blank as shown.

I layered a decoupaged topper I had at right angles to it using foam pads. Then I finished it off with purple peel-offs around the organza background.

This gorgeous background could be used in so many different ways, providing a sizzling backdrop for your toppers.
