Coloured Pencils Backing PaperCompleted by Angela Styles

I cut out a panel of this design and mounted it on to a card blank.I then punched out 3 scalloped circles from the design and mounted these with foam pads.To each of these I added different statioery buttons.I then finished with a blue ribbon.
