I used this backing paper along with (cup316083_198). I cut the backing plate & the greeting from this sheet. I attached both to the cut design using ds tape.

I created the card base using my silver promarker to draw the borders, attached the gems with glue & finished it off with the ribbon.

I then attached the design to the card base & finished the whole card with some silver glitter glue. The effect is great.
