Rose Bordered Background - AquaCompleted by Barbara Hiebert

I printed this background onto white card stock, I folded it in half and punched out the corners,

I used DST. to mounted the background onto a blue colored card stock, that I also punched the corners out.

I added a flower in the middle to complete the background .

This a very pretty background to have in your card making file.
