I printed onto 80gsm white paper. Choosing a 7.5" x 7.5" card I attached the backing paper using DST to the opening edge of the card lining it up to the top of the card.
I folded it around the card fold and trimmed it to 1.5cms and stuck it to the back of the card with DST.
I then trimmed the bottom to fit.
