I printed this lovely vintage design ay A5 .I rounded the corners and mounted it on to a card blank.I then added one of the CUP design "Time Piece tags" by Kristin Guyer, with foam pads.I added ribbon to the tag.I finished by adding a sentiment and bronze card candi.
