Rainbow Castle Background 2Completed by Angela Styles

I cut out a panel of the paper and mounted it on to a card blank.I then placed strips of rainbow ribbon across the top of the card.I punched scalloped circles and a square from the design and mounted these withfoam pads.I added a peel off greeting and purple gems.
