Happy Birthday Special Daughter-friend Background PaperCompleted by Angela Styles

I cut out out a panel of the backing paper to use on a card blank.

Picking out the teddy bear theme I stamped a bear image twice on co-ordinating card and decoupaged these with foam pads.I made 2 tags from the same card and used peel off sentiments for these and the birthday greeting.I also used pearl gems and co-ordinating ribbon.
