Vintage Magnolia Backing PaperCompleted by Carolyn Norris

This background paper was designed to coordinate with the Fairy Wren's Birdhouse Mini Kit (cup542368_123). To avoid having to cut and trim it to match the card's front and back, I decided to print it on the back of each of the sheets in the kit.

An added bonus of doing it this way was that the back of the owl does not show white when the card is opened.

I also printed a small ¾ inch strip of the background paper onto good quality copy paper. Once the front and back of the card were joined, I covered the white tab with the copy paper strip.

This I know that I will be using it in many other cards and inserts.
