Shrubby Milkwort on Golden Paisley BackgroundCompleted by Gail Pennycuick

I printed the design onto quality photo paper and cut it out. I matted it onto a dark green card base, cutting around the tips of the petals of the two right hand blossoms so that they would lift up.

I attached a die-cut cream doily partially under the blossoms and then adhered the image over it. (Cup182880_174) To finish I used gold peel-off stickers for a border and some faux gems here and there.

This lovely background will have a multitude of uses in a crafter's stash!
