I printed the design onto good quality 160gsm paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I attached the design to the inside of the card using double sided tape.

I made an aperture on the front of the card through design Elegant Blank Frame Layer 10, cUp 329157_96. I also added a topper from my craft box and a silver peel off greeting to complete the lovely card.
