This design was printed on copy paper for the background and 160gm card for decoupage. The background was mounted onto a card blank using dst and the decoupage was layered using 1mm foam pads. I added peel-offs for the sentiment.
This background can be used in so many different ways depending on your imagination and for many occasions.
