I printed onto 80gsm white paper. I chose an A5 card and lined up the backing paper with the opening edge and top of the card.
I attached with DST. I folded it around the card fold, trimmed to 1.5cms and stuck to the back of the card with DST.
I trimmed the bottom to fit.
