I took the above paper into my graphics package and used as the backing paper, I then added image 29 from kit417497_1141 and then added the brown flourish frame from kit408391_99 over the top.
I added a FancyPants tag from kit417764_99 and then added a Get Well Soon greeting.
I printed the topper onto glossy photo paper and cut out a and attached to 6 x 6in sq card blank.
I added some flowers and pearls to complete the card.
