Used an ivory card and folded to A5. Added the background to the main card after punching the edge with Martha Stewart Floral Lace, using DST. Used die cut for the corners of the main card and stuck with silcone glue.

Attached the under section of the main image after die cutting with Spellbinders Lables 8 and stuck with DST. The top image was distressed around the edges and stucj with 2mm foam pads, and the main image was coloured with Promarkers.

Gold Happy Birthday sentiment peel-offs were added down the right hand side of the card, together with small gold peel-offs to add additional flair.
