This is a lovely black/white floral background to work with. I decided to mount it on a thin outline of red, then black cs for the base. I added a red/white polka-dot ribbon, 3 red gems & a black HB shadowed with red.
The two lady silhouettes are from cup77296_523 and I coloured the white part of their hats with red.
