I printed the insert design on to good quality copy paper. Cut out, trimmed and folded to size. Attached to card base using double sided sticky tape.

I used this background for a Girls Birthday card. I created the digital image of the card, printed it onto high quality card paper, cut it out (twice the fairy - for decoupage), attached onto the matching color back card and added some glittering and the greeting.
