I used a white card, which I framed with white sticker lines and corner stickers. The rose is printed in two sizes, a large one in a lighter colour for the background, and a smaller one in the normal colour, from which I created a 7 layers pyramid image.

Between the background and the pyramid image I put a piece of transparent vellum with gold notes and a piece of lace.

The background is framed with gold sticker lines. Some of the printed dew drops are covered with either pink "rhinestones" or transparent glass dots. Finally the Happy Birthday song in golden notes and words.
