I printed and cut out this paper and stuck it on to card stock. I then got a picture of flowers the same colour as the backing paper and stuck that on to the card.
I added a second layer with sticky tabs and added a "Happy Birthday" message.

I used this image as a background for the blue vase with roses. I cut out all the elements. Using foam pads, I attached the decoupages to the card.Then, I glued the card and the insert onto colored card stock.
