Using this design as intended led me to an idea for a mixed media card especially for someone taking a sea voyage.

Copied to matte photo paper and cut out leaving a white border. Used wet glue to layer the background to natural card stock.

Die cuts, netting, sequins, shells, pearls, beads and Sakara pens built up the elements to form make-believe seaweed flotsam and jetsom .

I also used to pieces of glass over the weed on the left to give it that watery look. Adding a Bon Voyage tag to finish off I was very satisfied with the over-all look.
